Terms & Conditions (T&Cs)
**Scope**
These T&Cs apply to all Sound Engineering services between Jan Sohlmann and the client.
**Conclusion of Contract**
The contract is concluded once the client confirms the offer in writing or makes the first payment.
**Services and Remuneration**
Services and remuneration will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in a written contract. Deviations require written approval.
**Payment Terms**
The agreed remuneration is due no later than 14 days after invoicing.
**Liability**
The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. No liability is accepted for damages caused by slight negligence.
**Copyright**
All sound recordings remain the provider’s property until full payment is received. The right to use recordings is granted only for the agreed purpose.
**Final Provisions**
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.
